We are an independent gym that is committed to working with you to gain the results you want. Whether your aim is to loose weight, tone up, build bulk or gain weight we can put together a gym program or recommend the right classes for you to attend.

Our open gym hours are from 11 am – 2 pm & 4 pm - 8 pm Monday, Wednsday & Friday, 4 pm - 8 pm Tuesday & Thursday, & Saturday 10 am-12 pm, and the rest of what we do is by appointment with one of our trainers or on the class schedule.
