We are an independent gym that is committed to working with you to gain the results you want. Whether your aim is to lose weight, tone up, build bulk or gain weight we can put together a gym program or recommend the right classes for you to attend.

Our open gym hours are:

Mon: 6am – 2pm & 4:30-7:30pm

Tue: 6am -2pm & 4:30-7:30pm

Wed: 6am – 2pm & 4:30-7:30pm

Thur: 6-11am & 4:30-7:30pm

Fri: 6am – 2pm & 4:30-7:30pm

Sat: 8am – noon

Sun: Closed

The rest of what we do is by appointment with one of our trainers or on the class schedule.
