What We Offer

This is a perfect opportunity to get stronger, lose weight, do more and have fun. The program design and the tools available are both useful and unique. You will have access to kettle bells, barbells, sand bags, tires, sleds, leverage clubs, ropes, chains, heavy bags and an assortment of boxing equipment. There are a hand full of other quality tools to compliment your training.

(ALL Memberships include a one time $99 Start up fee. ALL memberships are required to give a written cancellation notice 30 days prior to billing via the “Contact” page of our website. No Exceptions.)

PERSONAL TRAINING

1 hour session:
- $85 per 1 hour session

1/2 hour session:
- $50 per 1/2 hour session

Couples training:
- $120 per 1 hour session
